Die neueste Veröffentlichung, die Maxi "Memories", die
im Februar 2000 erschien, repräsentiert, durch mit eingängigen
Rhythmen geschickt verwobenen Gesang, die musikalische
Weiterentwicklung der Band. Exklusiv enthalten sind zwei
Bonusstücke, "Digital Feedback" und der
"unavoidable"- Remix der Band Vril.

... another side of Klang Abstrakt ...
(Totentanz)
Second single for Klang Abstract. The music has here gotten more
industrial, with less romantic melodies and stronger beats.
Moreover, a female singer adds her voice to the main track.
"Unavoidable" is a slow but danceable dark electro
song. The vocals contrast with the harsher music, resulting in
quite a soft thing.
The remix by Vril is only slightly different, the beats being
re-work and becoming faster. However, the mood of the song stays
the same as the original's. "Flesh" is a song based on
an interesting combination of bleeps, a nice mid-tempo rhythm and
sci-fi samples (the famous "All obsessed by the taste of
flesh"). It is quite catchy, different from the rest of the
Klang Abstract production and, in my opinion, the best track on
the CD. Finally, "Digitial Feedback" is a 8 minutes
long song supported by a repetitive loop in the background and a
dark wave melody.
Nicer than "Memories", "Unavoidable" presents
another side of Klang Abstract, which proves here to be promising
diverse.
